Who is Impact

Impact is a community youth service for people 13-25 years of age.

Our aim is to support and empower young people in order to reach their full potential. Impact is supported by Reach Community Initiatives (RCI) and Christian City Church Ryde. RCI is a Public Benevolent Institute that provides direct intervention for relief of poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution and helplessness of people.

Impact and RCI provide direct relief and assistance for young people through:

  • Youth counselling and mentoring
  • Help finding work or writing a resume
  • Transitions between school and work or further study
  • Social and community connection
  • Family mediation
  • Help finding accommodation
  • Help accessing other community services
